Publishing and awarding freight
- Full cargo specification
- Type, description, pickup and delivery address, gross weight, and declared goods value in GEL, USD or EUR.
- Cargo lines
- Cartons or pallets, quantity, and height by width by length per line, with presets for standard pallet sizes. Volume and totals are worked out for you.
- Handling flags
- Dangerous goods, stackable, needs a customs declaration, needs insurance — stated up front so nobody quotes blind.
- Transport modes
- Ask for sea, land, air or rail, or several at once, and let the market tell you which is cheapest.
- Delivery window and bid deadline
- Bidding closes on the server clock, not the bidder browser.
- Address book
- Saved addresses with your own labels, a default pickup and a default delivery, ordered by what you actually use.
- Edit, delete, reopen
- Reopening a closed tender revokes the award and keeps every bid already made.
- Side-by-side bids
- Price and currency, committed delivery date, insurance included and its fee, the bidder note. Sortable by price.
- One-click award
- Accepting a bid closes the tender and notifies the winner in a single transaction. There is no half-awarded state.
Trust and control
Who sees what, and when.
In a market where everyone knows everyone, what your counterparties cannot see is as important as what they can.
- Contact details are earned
- A transporter sees the name, position, email and mobile of the person to call only once they have actually bid — never from a listing page.
- Your competition cannot read your interest
- How many bids a tender has received is visible to the company that issued it, and to nobody else.
- An award is public; the winner is not
- Everyone can see a tender was awarded. Only the issuer and the winner see who won.
- Blocklist
- Bar a specific transport company from your tenders — they stop seeing them and stop hearing about them.
